Launching in

Support for every stage of life

Connecting people to accessible care: the right person, a rate you can see, and a visit that actually happens.

    1 in 3 Canadians need at-home support

    Canadians need at-home support.

Three out of four canadians that need support are under 65. Care is for everyone, and it should not require endless waitlists and convoluted agencies to arrange it.

    Who is this for?

    • People with disabilities/chronic illness

    • Families

    • Caregivers

    • Individuals who want to give back

    • People that need extra income

    Key Features

    Choose your caregiver and rate
Our caregivers set their own rate ranges, allowing you to choose the exact hourly rate that works for you. No other in-home care service provides this level of pricing transparency and rate flexibility.
Fees that drop as the app grows
Right now, we take just 12% from caregivers and 6% from clients. No hidden markups, no surprise add-ons. Traditional home care agencies typically pocket 30–40% off the top, but as we scale, our community-driven fees will get even lower.
Background checks where they matter most
Every caregiver is ID-verified before they can join our platform. For anyone working with older adults, children, or people with disabilities, we require a comprehensive criminal background check, not just a profile badge.
Care built for the whole family
Create and manage an account on behalf of a loved one, then invite other relatives to join their care circle. Multiple family members can log in to coordinate, book services and track services together. Care is a collaborative effort, and we're the only app to treat it that way.
Real-time updates with the Care Log
Caregivers log a detailed summary after every single visit, tracking medication, mood, and completed tasks. It offers the transparent, reliable communication that families need to trust the arrangement, whether they live down the street or thousands of miles away.
    In-app messaging & secure communication
Families and caregivers can message within the platform. All conversations are logged for safety and dispute resolution. No phone numbers shared.

    Meet the founder

    Published with parental consent.

Hi, I’m Vic, a 24-year-old student, caregiver and the founder of Bringing Care. Coming from two immigrant parents, I had the opportunity to learn three languages fluently: Spanish, English and French. From a young age, I always had the desire to help others.
I’ve spent most of my teen and early-adult years caring for others. I’ve been a caregiver for teens with disabilities and for elders, and before that I worked as an early childhood and special needs educator, including a year at a Montessori school in Spain.

A few years ago, I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. Living with a chronic illness showed me the other side of care: what it’s like to need help, to feel vulnerable asking for it, and to wonder if the person who shows up will really understand. Today, I still work as a caregiver while managing my own health, so I live both sides every day. Bringing Care is built from that place.

    Why I built this

I became a caregiver to help people, but instead, I watched families suffer while waiting on a system that wasn't coming. I was tired of an industry that traps caregivers in low wages with zero control over their schedules.
I built Bringing Care to change that. We offer seamless support at the click of a button for families, and real independence for the caregivers who power it.

    The Care Fund

Care shouldn't depend on what you can afford.

The Care Fund is built right into the Bringing Care app. It helps cover home care visits booked through Bringing Care for people who can't pay the full rate. It's funded by our community, one donation at a time, so more people can get the help they need at home.

    1

    Give once or monthly

Add a donation when you book a visit, or set up a monthly gift in the app. Every dollar goes toward someone else's care.

    2

    The fund covers 25%

For people who qualify, the Care Fund pays 25% of the cost of each visit, so care stays within reach.

    3

    Caregivers are paid in full

Caregivers always earn their full rate. The fund pays the difference, so nobody's pay goes down.

    Who can apply

You can apply for a subsidized rate in the app if your annual income is under:

    $32,000for single applicants$55,000for households

    Donate to the Care Fund

Give once, or become a monthly donor in the app and help someone get care at home every month.
